A History of Honda Driving Excellence

We are proud to announce that DOW Honda has again been recognized as a Honda Driving Excellence (HDE) Dealer by Honda Canada!

We’re Ottawa’s original Honda dealer, and since 1974, we’ve been fortunate to have received multiple customer care awards from Honda Canada, including our most recent successive Honda Driving Excellence designations.

The HDE initiative program is awarded to dealers across the country, who demonstrate exceptional customer service and possess profound knowledge of the Honda brand. Dealers are graded in several key areas in sales, service, finance, and of course, customer satisfaction feedback in order to be nominated or recognized.
