How do I book a Service appointment online?

Online booking is a quick and easy way to schedule your Honda’s next Service appointment! If you aren’t internet-savvy, don’t worry! Booking your first Service appointment online is surprisingly simple.

First, click here to go to Dow Honda’s Service booking page. As a new user, hover your mouse over the “I’m New Here” section of the menu. Select the year your Honda was made, and click on “Get Started”!

Next, select your Honda’s model from the menu. At any point in time, you can go back to the previous step in the booking process, by clicking on the grey drop down, above your current menu.

Then, enter your Honda’s trim level, and its mileage. If you don’t know your Honda’s mileage, you can leave this section blank, and click on “Next”.

Now, it is time to choose your Service! The popup above displays a list of common Maintenance Minder Service packages. If you would like to book an A or B Service, select the popup, and choose a Service from the list. If you would rather schedule an appointment for an individual Service, click on the “Choose Individual Services, Repairs, and Recall Information” grey bar at the bottom of the page.

If you are booking an individual Service, select it from the list. A popup will appear, asking if you would like to add that Service to you cart. If so, click “Add to cart”. Then, click “Next”.

Now, it’s time to schedule your appointment! Before you do, remember to indicate if you are dropping your vehicle off, and if you will need the Shuttle. You can do so with the “Drop Off” and “Shuttle” buttons, in the top right hand corner of the page. Then, click on an available time for your appointment, and click “Next”.

You are almost done! Now, you can review your appointment details on the left hand side of the page. If you would like to edit any details, click on the red “Edit” buttons. Next, enter your contact information in the form on the right hand side of the page. The sections with red stars are mandatory fields. If you are satisfied with your appointment information, click the “Book It” button! You have now booked your first Service appointment online! Your appointment’s details will be sent to you in an email.

Unfortunately, you cannot book an appointment for a recall online. These appointments must be booked over the phone at 613-237-2777. Click here for more details!
