Honda’s Blind Spot Information System
What is Honda’s Blind Spot Information System (BSI)?
Honda’s BSI is a safety alert system, which tells the driver when a vehicle is in their blind spot. It uses radar sensors on each side of the rear bumper, and is only active when your vehicle is driving at 32 km/hr or above. When a vehicle is detected by the BSI, the blind spot indicator light will blind, and a beeping sound will be heard until the blind spot is clear.
Changing the BSI Settings:
- Put the vehicle in Park
- From your Display Information System home screen, click “Settings”
- Then, select “Vehicle”
- Now, click “Driver Assist System Setup”
- From this screen, you can choose the alert type, or turn BSI off.
