Showroom Showoff: 2017 Accord Sport
If you have been thinking about the 2017 Accord, then you will want to see the one that we have on display, right infront of the Dow Honda Showroom! This is the 2017 Accord Sport sedan in the “Modern Steel Metallic” colour. The interior is a combination of black cloth and leather. It is powered by a 2.4L, 16-valve, Direct Injection, DOHC, i-VTEC 4-cylinder engine, and is available in either a six-speed manual, or Continuously Variable Transmission. The manual transmission option has a fuel economy of 10.4/7.4/9.0 L/100km (city/highway/combination). The CVT option’s fuel economy is 9.2/6.9/8.2 L/100km (city/highway/combination).
The Sport Trim level comes with a bit of extra shine. It features 19″ aluminum-alloy wheels, and two exhaust pipes with chrome finishers. It has chrome door handles and a chrome grille. This trim also comes with a power moonroof, proximity key entry, pushbutton start, and a remote engine starter (CVT only). The back row of the Accord’s seats are Magic Seats, which easily fold down to increase storage space.
Tech options for the 2017 Accord Sport include a display audio system with HondaLink, Apple CarPlay, and Android Auto compatibility. In addition, it has a multi-angled rearview camera, LaneWatch blindspot display, Bluetooth streaming audio, and Bluetooth HandsFreeLink. It also come equipped with two USB connectors and Wi-Fi tethering. If you like to maximize your fuel economy, then you will get good use out of the Accord’s Eco Assist and ECON button.
